Investment segments are composed of Residential, Commercial, Office, Hotel, Industrial-Logistic and Agrarian with a level of investment that includes from 2 MM to 100 MM euros. Our mission is centred on four independent "à la carte" models in this activity:

Identifyng and analysing of assets of opportunity in real estate investment
Key in hand

Refurbishing and transformation of the building to increase in value, and all the coordination of the technical, legal development, management with local administrations, financing, construction and marketing until the end of the process

Joint Ventur

We coordinate partnerships with local investors of our portfolio to undertake opportunity projects increasing solvency in the investment and increase in value.

Profitability

We work all the Cycle from the capture of the asset transformation and finding of new tenants transforming an asset to profitability. Two lines encompass this section: Long-term profitability or transformation and profitability for subsequent sale.
